Responsibilities: - Strategic Pricing Analysis and Management. - Perform fact-based pricing analysis across the globe to understand our price positioning vs. competition, by market. Utilize outside date resources/research to supplement data integrity. - Recommend and implement revenue optimizing pricing strategies to establish market price parity with profit impact. Assess risk/reward of strategy implementation. - Create and closely monitor competitive pricing database for global business for purposes of assessing new and existing opportunities. - Drive and manage price setting process for all products/services across all channels. - Capitalizing on total value proposition with the context of market/competitive dynamics. - Recognizing and capturing value from differentiated products. - Utilizing analytical tools for effective pricing decisions. - Price levels and discounting policies, incentives & rebates, services. - Develop and support MAP pricing strategy where applicable. - Partner with product managers across categories to provide analysis and recommendations to improve category performance across existing and new products/services. Participate in proactive pricing/promotional strategies to counter competition. - Provide Sourcing/Operations with annual cost reduction targets based upon pricing leverage and competitive landscape analysis.
