Job Description:
Responsibilities: Provides high-level marketing and sales support activities for the Global Services business group and O&M business line. Interfaces with multiple sales, marketing, and other functional personnel to execute the duties required for this position. Communicates company, business group, and business line vision, value propositions, differentiators, sales messages, and performance results in various sales and marketing materials and internal reports. Assists with creation, preparation, and distribution of brochures, letters, qualifications, requests for information, proposals, presentations, datasheets, project descriptions, press releases, and other marketing and promotional materials. Follows and supports company sales, marketing, and operations practices, procedures, systems, and tools. Other duties as needed. Requirements: A BA/BS degree is preferred. Experience in supporting business development/sales activities in an engineering, construction, and/or maintenance environment. Experience and willingness to work accurately in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment, and to respond under short notice. Ability to professionally interact, both independently and as a team member, with various business units at all levels both inside and outside of the company. Must possess advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and internet usage. Experience with some graphics applications a plus.
