Responsibilities: - Identify candidates for sales references by querying firm's customer database for relevant customers. - Perform all reference follow-up to ensure a quality process. - Assist in the effort of cleaning customer account data to streamline the process. - Assist in preparing quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. - Print, package, and ship completed RFPs. - Manage pipeline of call topics and speakers. - Schedule conference call and webinar. - Coordinate invitations from firm's customer database. - Act as liaison to speakers and content owners. - Manage call execution logistics. - Manage pipeline of content and owners. - Assimilate content from various sources. - Publish newsletter to customers using various customer lists. - Create and send invitation. - Coordinate event logistics (location, catering, AV needs). - Create nametags. - Order and distribute giveaways. - Assist with coordination of marketing events. - Pack and ship materials to tradeshow location. - Complete tradeshow registration materials. Requirements: - An Associate's degree in business, marketing or English. - 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or professional office. - HTML experience is a major plus (for formatting invitations, newsletters, etc.). - Ability to pass a background check. - Attention to detail and deliverable timeliness. - Good knowledge of grammar and spelling. - Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e
