Responsibilities: - Implementing marketing strategies in defined market segments and channels. - Understands market segmentation and uses data-driven insight to customize program and service offerings to drive sales within target markets. - Responsible for understanding business, market and employee benefit trends within the assigned segments and channels to identify marketing opportunities and develop appropriate responses. - Responsible for providing marketing support to the sales organization with accountability for developing sales support tools and materials that drive account acquisition and existing account sales. - Partners with internal stakeholders and the sales organization for the on-time execution of assigned projects that meet objectives. - Responsible for developing metrics and measuring program effectiveness. - Manages development, execution and field support of marketing programs within assigned segments and channels that meet sales and business objectives. - Interfaces and collaborates cross-functionally to design and implement programs. - Develops, manages and tracks project plans and schedules. - Conducts program forecasting and return on investment analysis. - Tracks, measures and reports on key success metrics of marketing programs. - Analyzes data for market segmentation and trend analysis and develops recommendations for swift marketing responses. - Partners with advertising and branding to produce program support materials. - Demonstrate
