Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage direct mail appeals and direct mail acquisitions by developing and reviewing strategies, distributing writing assignments, editing copy, reviewing designs, providing feedback to writers and vendors, reviewing codes, and proofreading final versions. - Manage relationships with concert artists, and work with local concert organizers to facilitate firm offerings. - Develop and manage cultivation strategy for Pax World Fund investors and cultivate firm's relationship with PAX World Fund staff. - Create and maintain production and marketing schedules. Ensure that deadlines are met for each project at each stage of production. Prompt writers, designers, vendors, staff members and others when they have upcoming deadlines. Work with each person involved in each project to uphold the fundraising or communication aim in each piece. Communicate with program staff to gather information necessary for the production of marketing materials. - Compile marketing reports and dashboards from Raiser's Edge and present to team. - Coordinate quarterly update of the hold message for firm's phone system. - Work with program staff to update dollar handle document twice a year. - Provide support and back-up for Marketing Director and colleague Marketing Officers. - Additional job responsibilities include: Maintaining marketing materials and samples; facilitating meetings; other duties as assigned. - Firm team members are expected to support all efforts towards acco
