Job Description:
Responsibilities: Relationship Marketing Group will own providing integrated marketing solutions that enable US Subsidiary marketers to manage and execute Customer Relationship Marketing programs. This includes managing the execution functions and data usage within various databases and systems across the company, as well as external sources such as rental lists, etc. in order to increase sales, revenue and program performance, and loyalty through multiple Relationship Marketing channels. The Database Marketing Manager will deliver programs providing value-add strategic guidance around the selection and usage of customer names, segmentation and targeting strategies within various internal and external data sources, including: Develop and implement US Subsidiary specific processes in support of efficient campaign execution, post campaign reporting, and distribution of customer data and reporting to internal marketing partners. Provide marketing data solutions integrating infrastructure systems with marketing needs. Drive the usage and management of the data contained within various databases and systems across the company, including intricacies with individual attributes, data capture vehicles, sourcing the information, data hygiene options, as well as the business side usage of customer data and the privacy requirements that must be met in this usage.
