Responsibilities: Leading concept development into outstanding effective marketing programs for healthcare professionals serving people with diabetes. Bringing best marketing practices, benchmarking and knowledge to medical device industry to create innovative practices across all media. Building national and local programming expertise to create superior marketing capability within the organization. Develop and lead execution of brand marketing plan; Execute strategies and develop marketing programs that maximize return on marketing investment and deliver competitive advantage. Build awareness, trial and conversion of brand through integrated communication programs with consumers, customers, and agency partners and innovative promotions for people with diabetes and those healthcare professionals who serve people with diabetes. Create tools (brochures, website, and all media) and marketing programs for healthcare professionals; develop direct marketing communications to support sales team addressing any sales objections/field activities promptly. Support brand at key industry tradeshows, conferences and meetings. Provide monthly report assessing demand, product and program performance in sales, margin, and other issues affecting business. Drive brand equity, market share growth, volume, and margin contribution.
