Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Define the role profile by documenting role strategy and key success factors of star performers and communicate to management and the community. - Participate in the development of the overall enterprise marketing team design, representing the Enterprise Marketing community, and defining the unique role of the EML in relation to other field roles. - Develop job descriptions for each standard title that includes role strategy, tasks, deliverables and key success factors. - Develop and drive usage of a learning roadmap that map training and development activities and build knowledge and skills for each role to succeed. - Develop annual commitments and identify additional strategic priorities, that details the over and above requirements for the role and defines the measure of their performance and compensation. - Develop a new hire ramp up guide to ensure new EMLs and new employees get up to speed as quickly as possible. - Manage content and communications to the community by building and maintaining a portal, monthly newsletter, regular conference calls, email communication and provide a forum for the community to share their experiences with each other. - Coach EMLs on how to successfully manage and develop their team. - Advocate and defend the EML role strategy to the Leadership team and Corporate. - Develop training classes that address gaps in EML role performance and increase their competence level. - Educate Redmond-based teams on best appr
