Responsibilities: - Create and execute compelling Windows Mobile programs that drive growth of the Windows Mobile category of phones. - Ensure alignment between local Windows Mobile channel programs and firm's overall mobility strategy. - Drive sales and marketing engagement with key US Mobile Operator retailers, distributors and OEMs. - Develop ongoing relationships with retail partners/device OEMs to collaborate on current channels and expand into new channels. - Manage retail product rollouts with clear deliverables, budget allocations, ROI metrics, and timely execution. - Provide regular reporting on market performance and maintain relevant business scorecards. - Manage the design, production, and execution of firm originated POP material for in-country adaptation or partner use. - Drive local retail Windows Mobile branding and merchandising. - Drive partner training and advocacy including organization of training events and actively promote our online training resources. - Participate in cross-group V-teams for major phone launches; integrate local channel marketing with broader marketing efforts. - Achievement of Windows Mobile device unit and revenue targets through channel and partner activities. - Successful creation and execution of local channel marketing plan. - Successful delivery of programs and initiatives that address the channel's needs and scale the channel's reach model through collaboration with internal groups, external retailers and device m
