Job Description:
Responsibilities: - In partnership with the A13 Tele leads, drive implementation of the global Tele strategy and framework. Lead the deployment, and support the implementation of the Depth Tele-sales framework within the SMS&P subsidiaries. - Own the implementation and refinement of the Tele framework for growing revenue and improving CPE in the Depth segment. - Model the impact of Depth Tele strategy against other programs. - Monitor Depth KPIs and Tele scorecards to identify areas for improvement, and to formulate engagement strategies for closing performance gaps. - Working in collaboration with the A-13 Tele-Leads and the Tele-Readiness team develop and deploy solution oriented technical selling skills to drive revenue growth. - With the help of the depth community and SMB leadership, identify the right set of metrics (Scorecard, Field Commitments and accountabilities) to measure field effectiveness. In particular develop a strategy to prove and improve depth marketing ROI. - Represents MS Corporate in the field to build executive/partner relationships and support for driving business results. - Represents the voice of the field at Redmond, and will act as the escalation point for the Tele Business Leader. - Ensure consistent integrated communication with the SMS&P A-13, GBL and GRL business engines. Requirements: - Experience selling, supporting and/or servicing mid-market business customers. - Proven success in leading and managing tele-sales operations.
