Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Build program plans (including schedules, lead forecasts, rollout and program analysis metrics) to achieve greater penetration of our client's tools in both core and emerging science and engineering programs worldwide. Typical programs include creation of specific academic curriculum/research area profiles, sales training sessions, and coordinating the production of demos & technical presentations used by the sales force. - Work in conjunction with Corporate Communications to manage the generation of and content for press releases, speaking opportunities, User Stories and other market facing communications about our business. - Manage the content selection, review process and ongoing development of the newsletters. - Project manage the creation and development of packaging, collateral and promotional campaigns for various products. - Conduct regular program review meetings with sales to obtain feedback, review schedules and focus on continuous process improvement. - Act as the content owner for all tradeshows and conferences. Act as the primary liaison with the tradeshow manager to develop strategy and messaging for these events. - Monitor, report, and analyze program results and success metrics to identify trends and opportunities, and make program adjustments based on the data.
