Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and managing relationships with MarCom and PR agencies. Define consumer relationship management, direct mail programs, contact initiatives with consumers and account specific database marketing efforts to promote our products. Interact with sales management, product managers, product planners, service and quality management and operations. Work closely with National Account HQ Managers. You will manage Internet activities which include Internet strategy, integrated content and overall website development. Specific responsibility to manage all PR Agency relationships for all marketing programs. Work on developing integrated public relations programs that are strategically aligned with overall communications and branding objectives. Will be the in-house spokesperson for all day-to-day media requests. Help develop press kits and written materials for the media while also assisting with speeches for top management. Report to: Vice President - Marketing. Requirements: A BS/BA degree. 5+ years of marketing communications and Public Relations experience working with a nationally branded and distributed home appliance, consumer electronics line or top agency. Position requires strong organizational skills and computer proficiency. Candidates with an agency background in consumer products or with significant PR experience. Willingness to travel.
