Responsibilities: - Implements the development of member, sales and promotional materials. - Provides daily service to internal clients with current projects assigned. - Provides marketing insight on cross-functional teams and upholds brand identity in all programs. - Provides daily coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient project progress and clear communication among team members. - Maintains inventory of marketing collateral. - Takes ownership and ensures schedules and deadlines are met for programs. - Informs management of project status and key developments. - Works with a creative team and internal clients to ensure on-target, on-budget, on-time delivery of high quality marketing collateral. - Assists in annual Business Review process, feeding into the development of Marketing Plans for the coming year. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business is required. - 3-5 years of marketing or account management experience is required. - Health Insurance experience is preferred. - Track record of successfully managing new initiatives and growing lines of business. - Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proofreading. - Extremely organized excellent follow-up skills. - Manages time effectively; with strong multi-tasking skills. - Strong knowledge of marketing principles. - Must have excellent computer skills. - Strong creative judgment and ability
