Responsibilities: Develop and execute yearly marketing plans including insight development; situation analysis; volume forecasting; financial planning; communication touch points; and product renovation and innovation requirements. Plans to incorporate relevant B2B and B2C focus. Lead projects with cross-functional teams involving Sales, Supply Chain, Market Intelligence, Innovation/R and D, Packaging, and Manufacturing. Manage and execute marketing and promotional spending budgets, tracking sales and key competitive activity, and analyzing business performance. Utilize relevant internal and external data sources to provide analysis with conclusions and recommendations related to consumer and operator trends. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: An MBA degree preferred. 2 years of consumer packaged goods marketing experience in foodservices. Beverage and/or foodservice marketing experience highly desirable. Some sales experience preferred. Ability to taste coffee/caffeinated beverages. Willingness to travel. Job ID: 5579.
