Responsibilities: Explain all the amenities, features and benefits of the properties and assist the caller in scheduling a time to visit what could be their next home. While having a conversation with the caller, will gather their information (name, phone number, where they are moving from, why they are moving, any pets etc) and enter it into the system to create a marketing card. Requirements: 2 or 4 year degree of college or post high school education preferred. Management experience a plus. Teacher or educator desired. Brand marketing experience a plus. Tour guide experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate PC knowledge and typing skills. Job ID: Marketing Associate. Working Hours: Full weekend day shift per week, and some possible Holiday shifts.
