Responsibilities: Managing and encouraging distributor's sales activities in Korean group. Distributors' sales management, check the sales status of each top level distributors and encourage their sales throughout the year, especially each month, and proactively conduct planning for potential distributors and help them grow their business and follow-up those plan. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required. 3 years of full-time working experience or experience in direct sales business. Bilingual in English and Korean with cultural understanding.
