Responsibilities: - Assisting in the development and execution of strategic fundraising efforts. - Facilitating meetings with potential sponsors, including Wall Street firms and Fortune 100 corporate sponsors. - Assisting in the creation of marketing and development materials. - Providing support to client teams. - Helping coordinate the production of strategic plans, final reports, and events. Requirements: - A Bachelor degree. - 2-3 years of professional nonprofit sector experience in development (preferred) or marketing/sales experience. - Demonstrated experience with a broad variety of development efforts. - Previous exposure to fundraising and nonprofit organizations preferred. - Commitment to nonprofit sector. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to form relationships with diverse groups of people. - Self-starter who is comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Excellent research and computer skills. - Ability to work on teams.
