Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Identifies, gathers and analyzes relevant data and information that relates to marketing and sales strategy development for specific market segments. - Identifies missing information and the sources needed to attain this information. - Interprets data and future trends in risks and economic influences pertinent to the business. - Develops recommendations based on interpretation. - Provides reports and pertinent information to communicate initiatives in the context of strategy and industry trends. - Maintains records, produces reports and forecasts, drawing charts and graphs to illustrate reports, using computer. - Manages the overall implementation, operation, and success of assigned projects from start to finish. - Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. - Manage the scope, timeline, communications, quality, and costs associated with projects employing project management standards. - Manages special projects and other duties as required. - Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, processes, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. - Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
