Job Description:
Responsibilities: Plans, directs and is responsible for the sales and maximization of profit of the Division's products in an assigned geographical region through a combination of direct sales activities and the supervision of sales representatives. Serves as the main communication link between the Division and its sales representatives and customers. Provides Sales Management, Product Management, & Marketing Services with marketing intelligence information. Develop new applications, channels and markets to develop a plan to generate to sources of revenue. Develop market sales forecasts by channel and product. Negotiate and develop sales by recommending products that address customer needs. Train customers on new products. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing Services to devise pricing strategies, promotional activities, customer sales programs, and identify accounts within targeted channels. Develop relationships with industry leaders and participants. Set objectives, manage, and evaluate the performance of local sales representatives including guiding, leading, coaching, and training. Requirements: A Bachelor degree, an MBA degree desired. 7-10 years of sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in comparable product lines, International Sales experience is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills. Independent, self reliant and resourceful. Computer skills required. Ability to confidently conduct sales presentations. Ability to interact at all
