Responsibilities: - Generating demand creation through market channels. - Develop and deliver value proposition in commercial market segments. - Grow the commercial business by marketing through the value chain. - Assess competitive strategies and proactively act to drive profitable growth and gain market share. - Develop and manage relationships with key channel decision makers. - Including architects, construction specifies, contractors and distributors. - Provide input and direction for new product development and exhibit value added products to clientele. - Work closely in cross function teams. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications is required. - 2 years of sales experience within a building products/materials organization. - Experience creating demand in a specified market. - Willingness to travel.
