Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with established accounts with primary focus on corporate headquarters and key targeted customers with decision-making abilities. - Following up on Corporate Account leads generated through participation in targeted conferences, symposiums, trade shows, etc. in order to penetrate. - Evaluating, identifying, and implementing key account activities and marketing tactics in order to increase business growth and market share. - Creating, fostering and managing relationships with firm sales associates in order to create a solid foundation for national account enrollment and on-going relationship management. - Managing the full life cycle of the customer relationship to include identifying key business needs, preparing proposal, presenting to key decision maker(s), and assisting Field Associates with enrollment and implementation. - Ensuring customer satisfaction during proposal, implementation and enrollment by managing the details, expectations, and deliverables. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field and 8 years of work-related experience, including the implementation of sales/marketing strategies. - 5 years of sales/marketing experience, well-versed in managing and motivating key accounts, and calling on top level key decision makers. - Firm field experience preferred. - Extensive knowledge of operating principles, and methodology applic
