Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage company website and ensure timely content updates to support multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Leverage internet branding to drive corporate messaging and strategy. - Optimize the customer experience in the online store. - Manage the company's email marketing programs to drive web traffic, profitable growth, generate leads, and enhance awareness of the CCH brand. - Manage web analytics and be the primary point of contact with vendor. - Manage company's search engine strategy. - Report revenues/metrics across sites and maintain KPI scorecard. - Manage enhancements to website and internet tools. - Stays abreast of industry trends and applicable technologies, including Web 2.0 capabilities such as user communities, blogs, podcasts, and RSS feeds. Requirements: - College degree (BA/BS) Marketing or Business Administration required. An MBA degree preferred. - 5+ years of internet marketing management experience in a business-to-business environment. - Proven experience in leading teams and achieving goals. - Extensive experience with website usage and ecommerce. - Experience with customer research and usability testing. - Solid experience managing internet marketing development projects. - Experience with AJAX, XML and XSLT a plus. - Knowledge and experience with social networking websites like Digg, Facebook, MySpace del.icio.us a plus. - Tax/Accounting and/or publishing industry preferred. - In-depth online acquisition experien
