Responsibilities: - Develop, recommend and advance the commercialization strategies and execution of the strategies for category expansion and brand launches and brand enrichment around the world in Biosurgery business. - In executing the strategies, following among others will be key elements. - Data that is competitively differentiated. - Global advisory boards, key opinion leader panels. - Launches preceded by thorough market research and testing of ideas. - Best practice transfers across regions and countries. - Pricing and reimbursement strategies. - Life cycle optimization. Reports to: Senior Director Global Biosurgery marketing. Requirements: - A BS or BA degree with an MBA or post- graduate degree in related field. - 7-10 years of experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of relevant marketing experience which may include a combination of sales, product management, brand management, medical marketing. - Requires strong facilitation and communications skills as well as excellent organizational & project management skills. - Willingness to travel.
