Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Drive implementation of therapy and community programs. - Work closely with sales team to develop and implement account plans that drive business objectives. - Work closely with Human Resources to create career development path for the team. Lead team in building strong team dynamics, identify development opportunities and develop plan to address (i.e. team building activities, clinical selling skills, ongoing education of clinical issues, etc). - Continue to drive evolution of the team to include role definition, documentation of activities, and communication of activities to key internal constituents. - Establish clear direction for team deliverables, communicate across team and hold members accountable. Sets stretching objectives, distributes workload appropriately, lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner. Maintains two-way dialogue and coaches others on work and results. - Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage and integrate the Baxter Hemophilia product portfolio. - Identify customer insights and unmet needs to drive executional excellence in tactical program development and implementation including positioning, branding, advertising and communications, patient and clinician education marketing strategy and tactics. Manage and coordinate collaborations with key institutions, thought leaders and outside consultants. - Oversee promotional review and inventory management.
