Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Develop an ongoing marketing and communications strategy (for the community, partners and advertisers) with consistent messaging and frequency. - Partner with the Music Community Manager to produce marquee, category-driving programs based that differentiate firm's music offering, further develop our community and drive revenue. - Work with the product team to define and prioritize key features and product enhancements based on community feedback and research. - Support sales and business development with key category insights, data, trends, case studies, etc. - Oversee the budget for this category and determine where to invest resources and how to maximize ROI. Requirements: - A BS degree in business or related field required with strong academic record. MBA preferred. - 8-10 years of relevant experience defining strategy, developing positioning and messaging and executing measurable marketing initiatives in an entertainment/music-related industry. - Must have solid experience pulling together multiple groups including product development, production, external agencies and international teams to achieve a common goal. - Must understand and have experience in the online space. Specific experience with community building or community driven, social networking a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
