Responsibilities: Work with Global E&M Marketing leader to manage and implement international marketing programs and business/practice development activities, positioning PwC as the assurance and business advisory firm of choice for the E&M industry globally. Achieve this by supporting the Global E&M marketing leader in communicating and delivering a cost-effective global marketing program, inputting into strategy development and assisting in influencing global and regional stakeholders both internally (practice development) and externally (key influencers). Develop and implement a strategic and cost-effective marketing program for the global practice. Formulate and implement tactical marketing plans based on the strategic business plans, and deliver these plans on budget. Recognize and understand short-term and longer-term strategic practice issues, and support Marketing Leader in enabling the practice leadership to build international consensus on global policies and strategies. Encourage and enable international and territory client teams to leverage global marketing and practice development programs. Work to ensure that leaders are connected to international resources and E&M subject matter experts to create strong proposals and win work. Practice development.
