Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Main point of contact for local sales teams, create enthusiasm and focus among local sales teams for all programs. - Create and execute local marketing programs in support of local and national revenue goals. Coordinate and Implement Local Marketing Events, Manage Community Relationships - Local networking events, trade shows, Chamber of Commerce, NEFAR, FCAA, Cornerstone, Homeowner Associations, Developers, Realtors, etc. Actively participate in market attack strategy and creation. - Work with sales to identify prospects, penetration strategies and results. - Track, measure and report monthly on the rate of return for community events, local contests, sponsorships and promotions. - Manage local Marketing budget. Lead and champion the use of various sales tools that drive productivity: SFA, or automation tool that is selected to assist in territory management and marketing results tracking. Support the introduction of new products to the sales organization, current customers and prospects. Serve as Local Point of Contact for All Marketing Programs. - Communication and execution of marketing programs. - Collateral and sales tools. - Sales incentive contests. - Lead referral programs and acquisition programs. - Advertising plans. - Direct marketing efforts. - Local marketing budget management. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree desired. - 2-4 years of marketing experience (Minimum of 1 year B2C marketing experience.). - Ability to multi t
