Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Online customer acquisition and retention. - Drive online promotional calendar, such as holidays, friends & family events, employee discount, free shipping. - Digital marketing, such as email and text messaging, including segmentation to different customer and prospect groups. - Print marketing, such as bag stuffers and direct mail. - Own and manage the company's affiliate program. - SEM responsible for paid search planning and buying. - SEO assist with efforts to optimize the site for natural search. - Track and report on key marketing metrics. - CRM helping define and participating in the company's new CRM efforts in conjunction with Retail and others. - Oversee social media efforts; liaise with PR as it applys to them. - Buzz monitoring listening and responding to the the buzz on brands in the blogosphere and discussion groups. - Fan groups creating and monitoring fan. - Blog outreach seed promotions, collections and other key announcements with influential bloggers. - Evaluating, hiring and managing vendors for key areas. - Assist with online advertising planning. - Liaise with larger marketing team, coordinating efforts among all channels. - Assist with developing business opportunities and ideas, such as international ecommerce, personalization, corporate and partner mini-sites, loyalty program, comparison shopping engines. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent - 5 years of experience in an online market
