Job Description:
Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage direct marketing programs. Responsible for working with clubs in evaluating direct marketing opportunities, developing plans and building campaign lists to capitalize on those opportunities, and seeing marketing programs through to completion, including the evaluation of the performance of those programs. Work with firm clubs in the implementation of direct marketing programs. Coordinate marketing campaigns, including the following up on outstanding items, working with clubs to acquire campaign data, and working with both external and internal customers and vendors. Communicate the status and performance of marketing programs. Participate with firm Life associates in the design and development of marketing campaign materials. Coordinate projects related to direct marketing activities. Participate in the design and development of marketing strategies and plans. Evaluate club commitments to revenue generating programs related to direct marketing. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in business preferred, or equivalency in work experience. 2-5 years of experience. Life Insurance industry knowledge a plus, direct marketing or online marketing operations a plus. Strong bias for action with sense of urgency and high energy. Practices collaborative working environment to achieve more. Ability to look from customer's view. Viewed as business partner by external and internal customers. Anticipates customer needs to ensure no barriers to doing
