Responsibilities: Work with Individual Philanthropy team to accomplish all activities related to direct marketing campaigns. Will implement key aspects of the program from developing donor communication through responding to donor gifts and feedback. Work with direct marketing firm and web services vendor to create web solicitations to e-donor file, including general solicitations and newsletters. Secure content, data and other information to be included in donor communications. Work with direct marketing firm to establish and maintain web solicitation schedule. Execute the internal approval process to meet pre-established deadlines. Respond to donor inquiries and information requests. Form reports from the donor database as needed, track response to all web communications. Respond to Network requests for information. Work with the Resource Development department to devise new strategies, tactics and ideas relative to donor communications and online fundraising strategies. Work with Individual Philanthropy to meet revenue and expense projections on a monthly basis. Requirements: A BA/BS degree is preferred with 1-3 years of professional experience in an office environment. Fund development experience, especially in on-line giving, desired. Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of meeting deadlines and follow-up. Must exercise strong customer service and diplomacy skills. High degree of professionalism, flexibility and initiative.
