Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to create large-scale advertising programs. - Driving plans from start to finish. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, and calendars, as well as assist with all program production and logistics, including content development, promotions, presentations, graphics/multimedia and other program-related sales materials. - Interact with customers, partners and a wide range of groups within YouTube and company on scalable custom projects, communicating their status on a regular basis. - Analyze the effectiveness of programs and conduct post-program reporting and return-on-investment analysis. - Plan projects (goals, schedule and scope), oversight of interactive project development, process and resource management. - Day-to-day management of internal project teams, technology partners and third-party media vendors through all phases of the project life cycle. - Identify new program marketing opportunities based on customer needs, industry trends and competitive research. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree in market research, marketing, psychology, communications, statistics or other related field, preferably from a leading institution. - Substantial background in web site and web application development, including experience working closely with product managers and design teams. - 5 years of experience in interactive project management, product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program man
