Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Responsible for all facets of product line management. - Market research. - Forecasting market, competitive and industry trends. - Responsible for watching and influencing Flexible Spending and Savings Accounts, HSA's and HRA industry trends. - Develop business requirements for products. - Ensure successful implementation of business requirements into product feature/function set. - Assist in development of product positioning/marketing strategy. - Provide input into development of marketing materials. - Establish firm's FSA, HSA and HRA brands in the segments we service. - Communicate goals and maintain focus across all functional areas (Development, QA, Documentation, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Implementation, Service). - Gather data on new product opportunities. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree required. - A Master degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in benefits related field (CDH, Health & Welfare, FSA, HSA, HRA). - 2+ years of experience in National Accounts and/or knowledge of firm or other benefits products preferred. - Product management experience preferred. - Full life cycle project management experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self starter who is customer focused, possessing solid problem solving, writing and communication skills. - History of effectively functioning in a rapidly changing, multiple priority environment. - Demonstrated record of turning ideas into realities. - Strong
