Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Specific marketing areas which may be assigned in total or partially. - Market/Brand Management. - New Product Development. - Marketing Research. - Consumer Advertising/P.R. (contributory responsibility). - Major Accounts/Sales Presentations. - Sales Promotions. - Merchandising (display, planogramming, POP signage). - Trade Advertising . - Responsible for management of any or all of the following marketing support components as delegated to her / him. - Implementation of the business plan, on time and within budget, through all of the operational departments, i.e. forecasting, creative services, purchasing, distribution, production and sales. - Identify and introduce new products including financial development, packaging/graphics, presentation materials, all associated launch support. - Product line management, including any product or package changes. - Work with sales organization on and attend key account presentations; drive product and promotion recommendations. - Develop sales support materials including sell sheets and samples. - Perform market analysis of competitive programs, pricing activity and spending levels. - Works through the display manager on specific fixture and display requirements for the category. - Develop research budgets and action plans for review and approval. - Manages consumer research contracted through outside agencies. - Analyzes market data published through in-house research department. - Works t
