Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Will own and sustain long-term consumer connection for Running. - Direct and lead brand communications, inclusive of content, media, advertising and digital for Running, as well as provide a Brand Communications strategy and direction to ensure each Brand Communication function is integrated. - Tailor the global platform to create regionally relevant content, services and applications. - Create the briefs for brand stories, inclusive of digital and advertising. - Demonstrate an ongoing understanding of the consumer first in all efforts. - Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing and the Regional Marketing offices to become knowledgeable about category influencers and trends, in order to make better decisions about leveraging assets in the Brand Communications strategy. - Utilize Consumer Cultures resources and attend category-related events. - Represent Brand Communications throughout the integrated marketing process and partner with Functional Managers to help ensure executional excellence, in addition to helping to ensure that functional leads maintain strong agency relationships. - Will maintain a close and ongoing relationship with the e-Commerce team to ensure that brand and product websites are aligned, along with maintaining a close and ongoing relationship with the category Brand Manager. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required. - 7+ years of experience in a marketing
