Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Accountable for the execution of specific activities (e.g. consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, displays, direct marketing, etc.). - Responsible for product forecasting, supply chain and syndicated data analysis (Nielsen). - Work with the managers to support the briefing process to external creative design agencies and execute against milestones during product development. - Develop in-depth understanding and become expert in the categories you are developing- the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc. - Work with the managers to help manage consumer research programs, develop consumer insights, create product platforms and assess product performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help support the following business/operational activities Help assist all support groups such as Marketing Research Development, R&D, Package Development, Finance, Sales, etc. Requirements: - College degree required, an MBA degree strongly preferred. - 1+ years of relevant experience preferred with a consumer packaged goods company in the marketing department. - Demonstrates deep consumer insights that lead to "game changing" ideas, strong analytical skills, leadership skills particularly of cross-functional teams, oral and written skills and proactive self-starter. - Broad understanding of brand management principles. - Knowledge of sales and ma
