Establish, refine and evolve best-in-class claim management program operating characteristics, measurement criteria, and meaningful metrics benchmarking. Provide advice and oversight into claim disposition strategies, workers compensation statutes, managed care techniques, and tort law. Conduct quantitative/qualitative analyses of loss data with in-house Safety professionals to examine the correlation between claims and safety across business units and participate in presentations to customers and brokers of associated financial impacts. CPCU/ARM or other professional designation a plus. Requires extensive experience with workers' compensation in multiple jurisdictions and experience with self managing claims. Strong technical expertise of workers' compensation law is required. The ability to read and write English fluently is required.
