The Customer Service Department exists to assure customer satisfaction by providing customers with product information, purchasing guidance, order status communications, and returned merchandise processing. This position will support our traditional product lines from electronics to exceptional health programs. This position will develop important relationships with our current customers as well as handle calls from first time customers. Listen Up has a fun, fast-paced, state of the art environment that is poised to become the crown jewel of Direct Response call centers. You will be hiring agents and Team Leaders, as well as developing a training curriculum and working closely with the clients to determine proper scheduling. You will be responsible for managing agent performance, and your bonus package above your salary will be determined by profitability delivered.
