Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 80% Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business. Develop proposals and turn proposals into contracts. Establish performance requirements and delivery schedules. Provide input for Imaging Systems product development to support the growth of the business. 20% Identify applications and markets for new instruments or applications for new instruments to be designed and built by the imaging group, and to be aware of opportunities where they can be applied. Basic Requirements - US Citizenship - Ability to obtain US government security clearance - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other related technical field - Minimum five years experience working in the field of remote sensing Other Requirements - Active Security security clearance desired. - Familiarity with GIS, Geospatial technologies, Radiometry, mapping, and/or image processing tools strongly desired. - Experience with business development, sales, or building customer relationships preferred. - Ability to work proactively and independently required. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goals.
