The Training Development Project Manager role will work with instructional designers within the Project Adoption Team supporting CSSO to ensure the roll-out of these changes have minimal productivity impact to their audiences. Additionally, this lead role should be able to - train on the internal processes/transactions, the technical environment- recommend changes to improve the adoption approach to optimize efficiency in adoption- consult with all levels of management within Cisco and its partners and influence them in embracing the changing business policies, processes and/or systems. - be responsible for managing assigned projects and the overall results.The ideal candidate will:- need the ability to coach and lead a team of instructional designers for internal training.- Ability to design web based and instructor-led training solutions.- Familiarity with the following design tools; Captivate, Flash, Presenter, and other E-Learning development options.- identify and analyze complex program requirements.- posses excellent communication skills and excellent problem solving skills. - practice sound business judgment. - have strong project management skills. -
