We have been engaged by our client, in their search for an Environmental Paralegal. This is a Direct Hire position, located in Albany NY. Salary is negotiable with experience.

Requirements:
• Exposure/experience with environmental/land use and planning
• Knowledge of environmental statutes & NYS Regulatory structures
• Ability to read and understand real estate transactions & zoning codes
• Relevant degree (BS or AS) and 1+ years of experience in a position related to environmental law
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent Proofreading skills required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Relevant Internships will be considered as work experience!
