We have been engaged by our client, in their search for a Financial Analyst. This is a Direct Hire position, located in Niskayuna NY with a salary (plus bonus) negotiable based on experience.
Experience/Education
• B.S. Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years experience in accounting field as a financial analyst and/or tax analyst
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Prior corporate tax experience required
• Previous experience working with large ERP/accounting systems preferred
Skills and Knowledge
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices for a corporation
• Knowledge of ERP systems/Ross
• CORPORATE Tax return preparation
• General Ledger
• Expert level computer skills
• Accounts Payable
• Communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to organize and multi-task/manage multiple projects
• Experience as a financial analyst for a Global Corporation preferred
