Responsibilities: Develops and executes on-line marketing plans including editorial and advertising content with third parties (publishers, partners, etc) in conjunction with HPS web initiatives and marketing programs. Develops and oversees global advertising campaigns including content, graphics and media buy. Coordinates with regional marketing communications managers to insure proper localization and execution of advertising campaigns. Establishes processes to insure that on-line and advertising campaigns are best in class and resonate with current and potential customers. Understands HPS customer segmentation, customer needs, and how customers consume information and links this knowledge into the on-line and advertising processes.
