Job Description:
Provide on-site contract inspection services to assure compliance with contract bid documents for large, complex civil and tunneling projects and programs. Supervise and develop quality assurance staff assigned to projects and program. Lead Quality Assurance Program. Maintain or manage maintenance of project records, including but limited to Inspectors Daily Reports, processing and timely resolution of RFIs, documentation of existing conditions, shop drawing logs, project correspondence, and contractor payments, etc. Assist in evaluation of Contractors initial schedule and monthly updates.
