Job Description:
Lead forecasting and strategic planning activities for HQ Functions and build an integrated financial case including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows for all the GE financial cycles (Growth Playbook, SII, Operating Plan, and Quarterly estimates). · Financial support for ES Functional Leadership team, including IT, Finance, HR, Quality, Legal, e-Biz and EHS. · Coordinate with ES HQ Finance teams globally to drive solid financial estimates and ensure timely completion of planning and reporting cycles. · Manage and analyze quarterly risk and opportunities and closing cycle. · Manage Genpact resource, develop work scope and manage results delivery and quality of work product. · Lead ES HQ account reconciliation process, driving performance by identify improvement opportunities as well as the timely completion of all reconciliations.
