Supervise and participate in the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors’ perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts’ positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis; Works with the CFO and General Counsel in the preparation, review and distribution of corporate press releases and any related 8K filings; Work with the CFO and Treasurer in the management of relationships with equity analysts; Ensure cost-effective top quality service to investors and their representatives is provided through timely and informative communications and financial information; Identify and participate in appropriate trade shows and investor conferences.
