Works with the CFO and General Counsel in the preparation, review and distribution of corporate press releases and any related 8K filings; Work with the CFO and Treasurer in the management of relationships with equity analysts; Ensure cost-effective top quality service to investors and their representatives is provided through timely and informative communications and financial information; Identify and participate in appropriate trade shows and investor s and others sufficient to exchange or convey information; Excellent computer skills; Perform basic and complex research for preparing documents; Organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction.
