Reinstatement eligiblesor Duties:Serves as Resident Engineer and Contracting Officer Representative responsible for construction management and contract administration associated with the Districts mission, for all construction projects assigned to the Resident. You will be the delegated formal authority as Contracting Officers Representative (COR), responsible for the enforcement, interpretation, and administration of assigned construction contracts. Maintains liaison with customer representatives and the public on matters of safety, installation regulations, coordination of power outages, progress of construction work, and their requirements with respect to work under construction.
