Dictate development, implementation process of our new products. Oversee the project from initiation through delivery, directing schedule planning, and monitoring the spending and budget. Manage cross-functional activities while ensuring completion of the project (i.e. delivering product within budget and on time). Direct departmental and cross-functional teams, focused to bring new or upgrade existing products to the production release.
