Job Description:
Develop and direct all paint activities within the Plant operations. This includes all paint lines, such as sealer, E-coat, Underbody, Primer, Basecoat, Clearcoat, Prime booth, Polish and Wax. Manage the installation and testing of the paint equipment. Accurately record downtime data while also studying the data in order to reduce downtime and provide quick solutions. Check & follow up on the progress of the paint shop construction. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the Company objectives for production are successfully achieved. Check on and improve quality issues during production. In accordance with company policies and procedures, selects, trains, develops, motivates, reviews and monitors all staff to ensure effective and safe operations.
