Job Description:

A drilling and exploration company seeks Corporate Tax Manager with 7+ years of public accounting and industry experience in corporate international, federal, state and local tax compliance and planning. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing the quarterly and year-end tax provision reporting process, including the preparation and/or review of U.S. and non-U.S. FAS 109 tax provision workpaper schedules in accordance with documentation requirements under Sarbanes-Oxley. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA designation; M.S./M.B.A. in taxation preferred. Expertise in U.S. FAS 109, FIN 48, FAS 5 and FAS 123 tax accounting a plus.
